Description: We are currently on the lookout for Full-Time Marketing & Sales Representatives to join our client’s marketing & sales team! Full-Time Marketing & Sales Representatives will be tasked with supporting the efforts of our marketing campaigns and promotional customer service taking place all throughout the local area and work directly with our clients’ leads!As a Full-Time Marketing & Sales Representative developing marketing campaigns and introducing new products into the marketplace through interactive campaigns, our highly trained Full-Time Marketing & Sales Representatives serve as campaign managers and brand ambassadors for each of our client brands. The Full-Time Marketing & Sales Representative is responsible for executing dynamic marketing campaigns that make each client’s products competitive and ultimately assist to increase customer engagement!Think you have what it takes to become the face and voice of brands in your area?For all entry-level representatives, we consider their interests, strengths, and qualifications when training and developing their skill set in the following key areas of each marketing campaign:

• Marketing strategies geared towards increasing client revenue through direct marketing and face to face interactions with customers
• Individual coaching techniques taught by our excellent and well-trained marketing and sales team
• Strong leadership and management abilities over time through trial and error along with situational training
• Assess customer and client needs based off the demand of the client and the quota needed by the local office

Full training is provided! We are looking for immediate entry-level staff who are motivated about learning all business aspects of a growing marketing firm to start working right away!Ideal Full-Time Marketing & Sales Representatives will:

• Have a great student mentality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with customers face to face
• Prefer immediate availability and be able to work full-time hours
• Be able to commute to events throughout the local area
• Possess outstanding communication skills
• Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Have some previous experience in retail, sales or customer service
