Description: Health Advocates Network is seeking a Special Education Teacher to work at a Facility in Thornton, CO. This is a registry position with our company.Pay Rate: $60 / hour
*W2Shift:

• Day 5×7.5-Hour (08: 00 – 16: 00)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Provide direct instruction in a variety of subjects, tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of each student
• Monitor student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Special Education Teacher
• Bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field
• Valid teaching certificate in special education
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must have up to date certification in the state of CO
