SUMMARYThe Online Reputation Management Specialist is responsible for managing Rochester Regional Health’s online listings and reputation management platform to advance the organization’s engagement and reputation management efforts. The role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive campaigns to maintain, enhance, and protect the Rochester Regional Health’s online reputation. The role maintains contemporary trends in online reputation management and digital marketing. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Engagement, this role requires close collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team and other subject matter experts across all of Rochester Regional Health.STATUS: Full TimeLOCATION: Riedman CampusDEPARTMENT: Marketing & CommunicationsSCHEDULE: Weekdays, 8am-5pmRESPONSIBILITIES
