Description: Long-term substitute teachers neededMiddle School Science Teacher – November 4-26The science sub position includes four sections of eighth-grade science (teaching time is 7:45 a.m. – roughly 2:10 p.m. daily).Job Requirements:Hold a current Oregon Teaching License with a middle-level endorsement or a degree in the subject area, or a related fieldEvaluate and assess student performance and progressEstablish a positive learning environment that promotes a high level of achievement * Manage student behavior for the purpose of providing an optimal and safe learning environment

• Satisfactory clearance of a background check and eligibility to legally work in the United States (sponsorship of a work visa or work visa extension not available)

This is a non-management position
This is a temporary position
