- M-F 8:30-5 (may need to work evenings on occasion as needed)
- Weekends as needed
- 40 – 50 hours per week
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee and support a team of clinicians while ensuring the delivery of Private Duty Nursing (PDN) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) services to clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and support to case managers, clinicians, and clients while monitoring pediatric and adult patient care.
- Coordinate care, assess patient needs, and ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated regularly.
- Monitor and review PAR documents and deadlines.
- Provide coverage for supervisors and case managers as needed.
- Administer TB skin tests.
- Perform tasks as delegated by the ADON/DON.
- Maintain and manage patient caseloads.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Exhibit strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Colorado in good standing.
- Preferably have at least two years of home health management experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a minimum of two in-office days per week (preferably Monday and Friday).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A team player with the ability to navigate challenges effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to patient homes as needed, including assisting with some visits.
