Description: Job Description:QUALIFICATIONS:Missouri Teacher CertificationREPORTS TO:Building Principal/Athletic Director/Head CoachSUPERVISES:60 student athletesJOB GOAL:To support the head coach and to provide a learning environment for athletes to improve their skills.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach individual student athletes in the skills necessary for excellence in chosen sport.
- Assist head coach in planning and scheduling practices in season.
- Assist head coach in maintaining necessary paperwork.
- Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behaviors at all times and establish and oversee penalties for breach of such standards by individual students.
- Assist head coach in organizing clinics and camps when appropriate.
- Assist, organize and oversee off-season conditioning.
- Attend/participate in clinics to enhance knowledge and improve program.
DURATION OF POSITION:School year plus some summer activities
Salary: $3704 – 4938 per month
Location: Grandview, MO
