New England Professional Home Healthcare is Now Hiring: Personal Care Homemaker (PCHM) – Supporting Elderly CareAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? We are looking for caring and dedicated Personal Care Homemakers (PCHM) to provide essential support and companionship to elderly individuals, helping them maintain their independence and well-being in the comfort of their homes.Why Join Our Team?

Who We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate:

  • Is at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and reliability
  • Has completed a 60-hour Personal Care Homemaker Training Program (Massachusetts Council) or Holds a valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
  • Has CPR certification
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and at least one year of personal care experience
  • Can pass all required background checks (CORI, OIG, SORI, NARS)
  • Is proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Your Role in Elder CareAs a Personal Care Homemaker, you will be a trusted companion and caregiver, assisting elderly clients with:Personal Care & Daily Living Support

  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene
  • Helping with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness

Household Assistance & Meal Preparation

  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals
  • Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
  • Assisting with scheduling medical appointments and social activities

Health & Safety Monitoring

  • Observing and reporting changes in a client’s physical or mental condition
  • Creating a warm and safe environment for comfort and security
