Description: MaxSent is hiring a Quality Control Manager to support the FPS contract in California.The Quality Control Manager is the manager in charge of implementing the Quality Control Plan for the California Armed Security Government Contracts. The Quality Control Manager will construct and implement programs that comply with the Quality Control Plan outlined in response to the Oregon Armed Security Government Contracts. These programs include the monitoring of the execution of the MaxSent operation in the following areas: Armed security officer performance and appearance on posts, Armed Security Officer qualifications to perform, government-required personnel records, timekeeping procedures and invoicing, training procedures, key control procedures, and equipment custody procedures.Essential Functions:– Performing post inspections.– Performing and conducting audits.– Completing reports and maintaining quality control compliance.– Conducting weekly quality control meetings with Corporate Quality Control Manager.– Observing training and effectiveness of the instructors.– Surveying the quality of learning environments.– Completing statistical reports and conducting reviews with the Quality Control Committee.JOB REQUIREMENTSThe Quality Control Manager must also meet the requirements listed below:– Must be a United States Citizen, or a

• Lawful permanent resident who is currently a member of, or who possesses a verifiable honorable discharge from, any component of the United States Armed Forces.
• Been issued a Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration, which bears the individuals names and social security number

· Minimum of two (2) years of Quality Control experience in civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service.· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, word, excel, and PowerPoint.· Must be able to Obtain US Government suitability to work on a Federal Government Armed Security Contract.· Must be able to attend and pass the National Weapons Detection Training Program (NWDTP) and all contract requirements.Annual salary $115,000MaxSent is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
