Description: DescriptionHennepin County’s Law, Safety, and Justice department is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst (Technical Analyst II) to join our team. As a member, you’ll partner with public safety businesses and IT partners to create innovative data sharing and business process solutions. Your role involves testing software in a team environment, communicating software specifications, and developing formal test plans to identify bugs and improve training tools. If you have a strong understanding of software development principles and testing methodologies, we invite you to apply and contribute to our full-stack quality assurance platform. For more information visit .Location and hours:This position is hybrid and will be performed both on-site at the 625 Building, 625 4th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55415, and remote as job duties require. Work hours will typically be Monday through Friday, during core business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the ability to work extended hours as needed. While this position is designated as hybrid, based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin. New Employee Orientation (NEO) for all new benefit-earning employees is in-person in downtown Minneapolis. Details about NEO will be provided upon hire.
