  • You will classify the type of work (construction/renovation) to align with current federal funding regulations.
  • You will apply architectural and/or engineering skills in order to produce a wide variety of facility planning products and services for a high-tempo Navy installation.
  • You will act as a Project Manager and technical expert over the development of project justification and documentation in support of Military Construction Project Data Sheets (DD1391’s) for new facilities and major renovations.
  • You will validate facility requirements through investigation and update Facility Planning Documents (FPD’s).
  • You will support the development of Site Approvals (safety).
  • You will actively communicate in both written and verbal form at multiple levels to inform, develop consensus, resolve conflicts, and gain approval.
