This position will be a full-time contract role and onsite.What You’ll DoDevelop an understanding of existing fare infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areasDesign and maintain security controls for applications and infrastructureDesign detailed technical solutions to achieve project goalsImplement firewall configurations, network segregation, and device securityEnhance security monitoring and detection systemsApply concepts of application architecture to assist customer teams responsible for developing application requirements in specific functional areasCoordinate work to prevent overlap and ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture Framework, IT strategy, SDLC, strategic drivers, and standardsPrepare as-is and to-be application architecture artifacts, including system connect diagrams, application reference models, software requirements documents, interface descriptions, data dictionaries, and application staging plansWork with data and infrastructure architects/engineers and software program managers to ensure the integrity of application systems and plans with overall Enterprise ArchitectureGuide the work of business/test analysts and documentation specialistsSuccessfully complete mandatory security awareness training on an annual basisReview and assist with system hardening and vulnerability remediationWhat You’ll NeedRequired:Bachelor’s DegreeExceptional application architecture and software development skillsStrong analytical, verbal communication, and written communication skillsExperience using Microsoft Visio or other data or application visualization software to document application architectureExperience using MS Excel to perform basic software requirements documentationFamiliarity with MS Word and MS PowerPointExperience coordinating software requirements and working with development teamsProven ability to plan and deploy complex custom web application programs and process improvementsExperience performing the application architecture function, from conception to deploymentExperience with administration and architecture of Business Process ManagementExperience using Visio and Moqups to document the relationship of application architecturesPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.Reasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy StatementIt is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
