Description: Description:CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – Java & Web Technologies position for our client in Hennepin, MN.Location: Hennepin, MNDuration: 10 monthsDuties:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Develop and implement front-end solutions using Angular 18.
• Build and integrate back-end services using Node.js.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong experience in Node.js for backend development.
• Expertise in Angular 18 for front-end development.
• Experience with AWS services for cloud deployment and management.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, database technologies, and DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Jenkins).
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance across the full stack.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• 2+ years of experience in Node.js and front-end technologies like Angular.
• Experience working with AWS cloud environments.
• Prior experience with Agile development methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
