• Must be licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
• 3+ years of experience in Estate Planning is required. Elder Law experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to manage cases independently while maintaining a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the growth of the team.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to evaluate complex legal issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and top-notch proofreading abilities to ensure precision in all legal documents.
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
