• Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and employee development initiatives.
• Manage staffing needs and maintain optimal ratios.
• Oversee non-exempt staff and ensure performance excellence.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate on benefits administration and 401(k) plans.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and support new attorney integration.
• Provide HR reporting and financial analysis support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Law firm experience required and HR certifications (SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
