• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10 years of overall IT experience, including 5 years as an IT Architect.
• 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of two or more architectural domains (application, infrastructure, integration, security).
• Expert understanding of modern infrastructure architecture and cloud computing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with executives and individual contributors.
• Self-management skills in high ambiguity situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively through presentations, words, and visuals.
• Collaborative work style with a strong sense of personal accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in MIS or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Healthcare industry experience
• Formal Enterprise Architecture training and certification.
• Experience with Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
• Knowledge of application development and runtime platforms (Java, .NET, PaaS, IaaS, Containers, Container Orchestration, Integration).
• Working knowledge of common languages, frameworks, and approaches (C#, .NET, Java, JEE, Spring, Cloud computing, Cloud IaaS and PaaS services, APIs, Microservices, DevOps practices).
• Professional cloud computing certifications.
• Experience modeling Enterprise Architectures with industry-standard notation.
