With expertise in art direction, strategic thinking and creative execution, you will elevate our agency’s design standards, maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.A Day in the Life

• Support the Creative team in the development of effective and impactiful concepts from ideation through final projects.
• Design layouts aligned with tone, style and strategy, considering audience needs and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Copy, Editorial, Account, Strategy and Project Management teams.
• Drive strategic thinking, understanding marketing plans, objectives and success metrics.
• Contribute innovative ideas aligned with client marketing strategies and audience needs.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art and Design or related field (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in Visual Communications, Art Direction and Design or related field.
• Digital portfolio showcasing creative ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, collaborative, problem-solving and creative skills with attention to detail.

Salary$70,000 to $90,000 annually.The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
