This position is ideal for a legal professional with a strong foundation in defense litigation, particularly involving public entities and school districts.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have a deeply rooted and exclusive background in employment litigation with an emphasis on defense. A proven track record working with school districts is required, and trial experience is strongly preferred (though not mandatory).Candidates should possess excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, and be prepared to manage complex caseloads with independence and precision.
