About the Role:Join Green Tree Home Care as a Home Care Aide and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate home care provider in Escondido, CA.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient demeanor, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
