This is a short-term, high-impact hybrid opportunity ideal for a seasoned professional with deep Drupal CMS experience, strong knowledge of web accessibility standards, and a passion for user-centered design and performance-driven web strategy.What You’ll Be DoingAssisting in the migration of large-scale public websites and maintaining over 3,000 pages of contentCollaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure web content is accurate, accessible, and currentServing as a bridge between Communications and Web Services teams to execute website infrastructure enhancementsDesigning and optimizing for mobile-first, responsive experiencesMaintaining and updating site content in Drupal, including managing taxonomy, navigation, and layoutEnsuring WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and leading accessibility remediation effortsSupporting content contributors and establishing CMS best practices and governance standardsMonitoring site analytics and providing input on performance and SEO improvementsWhat You Bring to the Table7+ years of experience managing enterprise-level websites and coordinating large-scale migrationsProven expertise in Drupal CMS content creation, site structure, and module useDeep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and accessibility remediationStrong UI/UX design portfolio showcasing user-friendly, accessible designsFamiliarity with SEO best practices, responsive design, and mobile-first strategiesStrong interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approachHighly organized, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join UsThis is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of digital communication, accessibility, and public service.
