Description: We’re seeking a dedicated Traveling Superintendent for a position based in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of on-site crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Implement and adhere to safety protocols, mitigating risks on the construction site.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
