  • Assist in navigating the FedRAMP authorization process, working closely with compliance, security, and legal teams and managing supporting vendor relationships.
  • Maintain and update documentation required for FedRAMP compliance, ensuring alignment with government standards.
  • Support the development of FedRAMP-compliant HR tech solutions and internal enablement programs.

Government Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  • Support the execution of the government GTM strategy, focusing on federal and state agency adoption of HR tech solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify key opportunities and government procurement trends for HR technology.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create tailored messaging, campaigns, and enablement materials specific to HR tech.
  • Assist in responding to government RFPs, RFIs, and procurement processes for HR-related contracts.

Sales & Partner Support:

  • Enable sales and partner teams with training, collateral, and best practices for engaging with government customers in the HR tech space.
  • Support partner ecosystem initiatives, including collaboration with resellers, distributors, and government procurement platforms (e.g., GSA schedules, contract vehicles).
  • Monitor federal and state HR technology opportunities and ensure proper tracking of public sector pipeline.

What You’ve Done

  • 3-5 years of experience in government sales enablement, compliance, GTM strategy, or related roles within HR tech or SaaS.
  • Understanding of FedRAMP requirements, government procurement, and compliance frameworks for HR technology.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing efforts in public sector HR tech markets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with government contracting vehicles and proposal development is a plus.

Salary

  • Expected salary range $95,000 – $110,000

Salary: $95000 – 110000 per year
