• Engage, excite, educate, sell and promote our client’s services and products to our local community
• Explain the benefits of our client’s brand and the differentiation of our service against competitors
• Participate in continuous training opportunities to excel as a Marketing and Sales Associate, further education on products, and develop professional skills
• Prepare, present and sell our client’s services using a consultative approach and proven sales tactics to prospective customers
• Collaborate sales efforts with other team members and departments to exceed goals and expectations
• Remain positive and professional and work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and fellow team members

What we look for in a Marketing and Sales Associate:

• Experience in a customer service, marketing, promotions, or sales industry
• Strong presentation or oral communication skills
• Resourceful with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks
• Open-minded with enthusiasm to acquire a wide array of skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
