Work involves overseeing all CYF budgetary matters, including revenue planning, reviewing, and approving all CYF expenditures, petitions for child support, foster placement invoicing, and adoption subsidies. Key responsibilities of this position are organizing and assigning workload, determining priority and response time, and setting departmental goals. You will have the opportunity to direct and participate in overall policy development and interpret, implement, and review policies and procedures ensuring compliance and the delivery of effective and quality services.Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• On-call, and after hours may be required.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as a Children, Youth, and Families Program Specialist 2; or
• Five years of professional level experience in the field of children, youth and families, including three years of administrative, supervisory, or consultative work; and a bachelor’s degree; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
