Description: Job Title: Associate AttorneyAbout the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in Ashland, KY. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team defending clients in complex insurance matters and representing corporate clients in a variety of practice areas. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and legal research skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a desire to work in multiple practice areas.Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active License in Kentucky, Ohio or West Virginia (with willingness to sit for Kentucky bar).
• 3+ years of experience with preference for experience in insurance defense, corporate/contract matters and/or real estate.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Solid work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Desire to work across multiple practice areas.
