Description: About the jobFamily Law AttorneyIrvine, CAJob DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Collaborates with other attorneys and provides support to partners legal issues, drafting pleadings and Judicial Council forms, and preparing/organizing discovery responses.2. Works with paralegal and support staff to ensure that legal documents are ready to produce a finished product for review by the firm’s partners.3. Possesses the ability to work efficiently and meet, including the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects/cases.5. Uses good judgment and seeks guidance from partners and senior personnel to ensure work product is finished in a timely manner.6. Experience and knowledge of procedures for pleadings, discovery, briefs, and trial documents for family law7. Ability to communicate and work effectively with attorneys, clients, experts and other personnel8. Ability to work under pressure and to manage demanding caseloads with sophisticated clientsRequirements:· Must have experience in California Family Law· Must be a licensed attorney and in good standing with the state bar· Highly organized and comfortable handling multiple cases· Excellent verbal and written communications skills· Advanced skills in Microsoft OfficeEducation, Experience, and/or Licenses:· California Bar License (required)Client is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to excellence through diversity.
