Description: An award-winning firm in Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!Job Description:

• Preparation of Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
• Must be adaptable to the details of different project types, which could include programming, code/zoning, entitlement issues, construction documentation, bidding, permitting, and experience with the construction administration process

Requirements:

• NAAB accredited degree in architecture
• 5+ years of professional experience working in architecture
• Must be actively pursuing licensure or be a licensed architect
• Fluent in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and the Adobe Suite
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities is crucial for this role
• Diverse portfolio that highlights multi-family projects

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 – $48.08/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
