Description: DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING…B2B Construction/Manufacturing/Related Industry (attractive salary + bonus…escalating/no cap)…well respected/thought of, multi-site/location and aggressively growing (acquisition and organic) company is looking for an experienced Sales Leader to lead their efforts in further expanding/growing their existing regional business/market/footprint/penetration and capturing new business opportunities/growth.Position will manage/lead/develop a mid-sized (6-8 ftes and growing) team of experienced sales professionals and have responsibility for developing/implementing progressive forward focused strategies for new business.Salary $125K to $160K, significant/real bonus (tied to EBITDA, escalating and no cap) potential and family-friendly culture/work environment.

Salary: $150000 – 200000 per year
