Description: Job Title: ArchitectJob DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Architect to collaborate closely with Team Leads, Construction Project Managers, and Job Superintendents. The primary responsibility will be drafting and completing projects using AutoCAD. The role involves attending client-consultant meetings and construction meetings with the general contractor, as well as overseeing the project from design documentation to the completion of construction. This position requires a strong understanding of how to assemble a complete shell of a commercial building, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the Building Code and ADA requirements for commercial uses.Responsibilities

• Draft and complete projects using AutoCAD.
• Attend client-consultant and construction meetings.
• Oversee projects from design documentation to completion of construction.
• Ensure compliance with Building Code and ADA requirements.
• Coordinate with various agencies for obtaining full permits for constructing commercial buildings.
• Manage a wide variety of projects, including ground-up construction, interior build-outs, medical facilities, retail spaces, and more.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and project management.
• Knowledge of healthcare facilities, schools, retail, office spaces, and strip malls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Procore is a plus.
• Experience in medical facilities is beneficial.

Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is from 9 AM to 6 PM with a half-hour lunch break. The team consists of 2 Directors, 2 Designers, and 8 Architects/Draftsmen.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 – $85000.00/yr.Insurance Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance options.
