• Develop technical drawings throughout all project phases.
• Provide experiential and technical knowledge to solve design and construction issues.
• Communicate priorities to internal and external project teams.
• Ensure quality work products.
• Develop and enforce CAD/Revit standards.
• Assist in preparing project schedules and implementing project work plans.
• Interact with outside consultants and agencies.
• Collaborate with a team on larger projects.

Essential Skills

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in production and coordination of documents across all phases of architectural practice.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, and industrial architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on multiple projects across various phases.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily projects is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD and Revit software.
• Proficient in development and documentation standards for design and construction drawings.
• Understanding of technical terminology in the architectural and construction industry.
• Ability to prepare complex plans, elevations, and details.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable building codes for independent code analysis and compliance.
• Capability to review submittals and shop drawings during construction.
