Description: Akkodis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer Leader for a Contract job with a client in Windsor CT(Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have strong leadership in .NET Core and team mentoring; responsible for setting coding standards and leading the development of scalable, high-performance applications.Rate Range: $95/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Senior Full Stack Developer Leader job responsibilities include:Leading the design, development, and implementation of .NET Core applicationsMentoring developers and enforcing coding standards across the teamCollaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new featuresDriving continuous improvements in application performance, scalability, and maintainabilityParticipating in technical planning, code reviews, and agile development processesDesired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and RESTful APIsExperience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerizationProficiency in Git and Source Control SystemsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery cyclesIf you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
