A well-established family law firm is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join its growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work under the direct mentorship of a senior attorney with decades of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in family law, excellent advocacy and legal writing skills, and a commitment to client-centered representation. Prior family law experience is preferred but not required-training will be provided to qualified candidates eager to learn.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and domestic disputes.Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, declarations, and settlement agreements.Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice on complex family law issues.Represent clients in court proceedings with professionalism and confidence.Collaborate with and lead paralegals and support staff in preparing case strategies.Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in California.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Strong leadership and collaboration abilities within a team-oriented environment.Availability to work on-site in Norwalk, CA with hybrid flexibility.Why Join Us:Hybrid work model select your in-office and remote days.Flexible schedule part-time or full-time options available.Supportive mentorship and hands-on legal training.Career advancement opportunity partner succession plan in place.Paid professional development and trial training opportunities.
