With a growing expert network, a platform relaunch, and increasing demand from the healthtech and life sciences sectors, we’re ready to invest in marketing that converts awareness into revenue.This is a builder role for a performance-oriented marketer who’s passionate about pipeline, metrics, and results. You’ll work directly with the CEO and in close collaboration with the sales team to deliver repeatable, scalable marketing programs that generate demand and move leads through the funnel.What You’ll Do
- Own and execute demand generation campaigns across email, content, paid social (LinkedIn), and webinars — with a focus on qualified lead acquisition
- Design and implement lead nurture and conversion flows that align to buyer journey stages and sales processes
- Collaborate with the sales team to define the ideal customer profile (ICP) and target accounts, and tailor messaging accordingly
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools including one-pagers, case studies, email templates, and landing pages
- Manage HubSpot for campaign automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and analytics
- Produce high-quality, conversion-focused content that educates, engages, and drives inbound interest
- Run virtual events and webinars that generate net-new leads and support pipeline acceleration
- Coordinate with SEO and PR vendors to enhance discoverability and trust signals
- Measure and report on funnel performance: MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution, and attribution
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates

What You’ve Done
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B or healthtech marketing with a clear focus on customer acquisition and pipeline generation
- Proven success executing multi-channel demand gen campaigns that deliver qualified leads
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
- Worked closely with sales to align on messaging, ICPs, campaign targets, and feedback loops
- Developed marketing content and tools that directly support conversion and deal velocity
- Owned campaign performance metrics and made data-driven decisions to improve ROI
