Attorneys in this role will manage sophisticated cases, providing exceptional legal counsel in divorce, property division, custody, and spousal support. The firm is committed to excellence in representation while maintaining a professional and collegial work environment.Responsibilities:Manage intricate family law cases involving significant assets and high-profile clients, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.Draft and review legal pleadings, motions, and agreements with precision.Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on evolving family law statutes and case law.Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing strategic counsel and managing expectations effectively.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, offering mentorship and professional growth opportunities.Qualifications:J.D. from an accredited law school; active membership in the California State Bar.3+ years of substantive family law experience, ideally within a well-regarded firm handling high-asset cases.Exceptional research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.Demonstrated ability to handle complex family law matters independently and maintain client confidentiality.Commitment to maintaining the firm’s reputation for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service.Compensation and Benefits:Starting salary of $130,000 annually, with additional bonuses based on collections.1,500 billable hours requirement annually, allowing for a balanced and focused workload.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and further incentives.Renowned for its unwavering commitment to excellence, this firm has built a distinguished reputation for providing sophisticated legal representation to high-net-worth individuals navigating complex family law matters.
