A growing, multi-brand organization in the design, technology, and services space is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, digital communications, and content creation across multiple business units. This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile marketing professional who thrives in both strategic and hands-on environments and is passionate about building brands and driving business impact.About the Role:
This role blends digital strategy, brand development, content creation, and business support. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical, with experience crafting engaging digital content, managing brand assets, and developing multi-platform campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development & StrategyEvolve and maintain brand identity across multiple subsidiariesCreate and refine brand assets (decks, internal brand books, presentations)Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpointsPartner with internal teams to align messaging, tone, and visualsDigital Marketing & ContentOversee all digital marketing efforts: websites, social media, internal commsWrite, edit, and manage content for blogs, social media, and digital campaignsPlan and maintain a cross-channel content calendarCapture and edit photography/video for digital use (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)Optimize company websites with fresh content and improved UXBusiness Development & CommunicationsSupport sales and business teams with customized presentations and marketing assetsConduct market and trend research to support strategic initiativesManage internal communications including team news, announcements, and updatesProject & Stakeholder ManagementLead multi-disciplinary projects from concept through deliveryLiaise with external vendors for content production, creative, and web designCollaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to meet shared goalsMaintain alignment with international brand teams to ensure global consistencyQualifications:7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, agency, or design-driven environmentProven track record in brand management and digital marketing strategyStrong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skillsHands-on experience managing social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Knowledge of CMS platforms, basic SEO principles, and digital best practicesProficiency in PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing toolsExcellent project management and communication skillsBonus: Knowledge of Photoshop or design tools, experience in multi-brand ecosystemsWhat You’ll Bring:A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindsetA keen eye for design and storytellingA results-driven approach with creative flair
