About the Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead key web transformation programs for a global enterprise website. This pivotal role is focused on building a more engaging, personalized, and effective digital experience. The ideal candidate is naturally curious and resourceful, with strong technical and project management skills, and deep expertise in B2B website best practices, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and digital analytics. You will work cross-functionally to optimize the website and use data, AI/ML, and personalization to drive demand.
ResponsibilitiesWeb Transformation Program Management
- Lead and manage multiple web transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and driving key business objectives.
- Define project scope, use cases, business impact, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, design, content, UX, web production).
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders (digital marketing, UX, SEO, web developers, etc.).
- Support optimization team in identifying new use cases for personalization and A/B testing to improve content, layout, and functionality.
Website Audit & Analysis
- Analyze website data (Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare) to understand user behavior and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Support website audits to identify areas for improvement in UX, content effectiveness, technical performance, and SEO.
- Translate audit findings into actionable recommendations and prioritize testing and optimization opportunities.
Data-Driven Focus
- Develop a prioritized roadmap of digital capabilities leveraging customer and prospect data.
- Analyze and validate ROI of new capabilities through use cases, feasibility assessments, and impact projections.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously challenge the status quo to drive better performance.
Driving Innovation and Change
- Prepare enablement materials to guide teams through innovation, change management, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Evangelize the impact of new digital capabilities through internal updates, newsletters, and training.
- Stay current on emerging web technologies, digital marketing trends, and AEM best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital marketing or website management, with a focus on website development and optimization.
- Proven experience managing web transformation projects or major redesigns.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Other Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO and its application in website development.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with personalization technologies and strategies.
Compensation
Salary: $74.83 per hour
