The right candidate will consistently make calls, build relationships, market themselves online, and grow their referral network.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lotIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutionsConduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drivesMaintain regular follow-up through CRM and dealership toolsProactively generate new business through phone calls, social media presence, and networkingRepresent the dealership professionally online and in the communityMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance standardsDeliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through post-sale follow-upRequirements:Automotive sales experience preferred, but not requiredSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and proactive mindsetExcellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skillsComfortable using CRM tools and dealership technologyProfessional appearance and team-oriented approachValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background checkCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay structure with performance-based incentivesTraining pay available during your initial onboarding periodHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and sick leave401(k)Career growth opportunities and ongoing supportAbout C.
