Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
• Strong experience with SQL for data querying and transformation
• Experience working with DAX and M Queries to design and implement complex logic
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and analytics
• Background in data analyzing and presenting insights to leadership
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Familiarity with reading and understanding ETL pipelines
• Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience designing new metrics in collaboration with data scientists
• Background in financial, operational, or treasury data is a strong plus
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and modern data platforms
• Ability to influence decision-making without formal authority
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a bonus

What You Will Be Doing

• 50% power bi (dashboards, visualizations, report building)
• 30% SQL (data querying, performance tuning, data modeling)
• 10% DAX and m (complex calculations, custom logic)
• 10% Excel and other BI tools (data validation, supplemental analysis)

Daily Responsibilities

• 60% hands on (dashboard development, data prep, reporting)
• 20% team collaboration (working with BI, finance, operations, and data teams)
• 20% project leadership (owning deliverables, presenting insights, driving roadmap decisions)
