You’ll take ownership of our e-commerce site development, implement a customized online store, and connect our SQL database with our cloud-based CRM to store and manage customer barcode data. This hands-on, full-stack role is ideal for a tech generalist ready to drive innovation across both backend and frontend systems, while providing ongoing technical support and contributing to the implementation of our ERP system.Why this role is exciting

• Develop a fully functional e-commerce platform that serves as the digital front door for Vanguard ID, this includes both the customer-facing interface and the underlying server logic.
• Create an API abstraction layer to connect a SQL database to our cloud based CRM for storing customer barcode data
• Manage both backend and frontend development, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Provide ongoing technical support for our digital platforms, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
• Collaborate with leadership and other teams to support the implementation and integration of our ERP system, including data migration, API development, and functional testing.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in web development, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience building and maintaining e-commerce sites and/or customized online stores.
• Strong proficiency in backend and frontend development (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, React, or similar).
• Experience designing and implementing APIs, especially for database and/or CRM integration.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of projects in a fast-evolving environment.

Salary: $75000 per year
