Description: SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and energetic Pre-K Teacher to join our daycare team! In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.Duties

• Planning and Implementing Lesson plans
• Creating a Safe, Clean, Organized and Engaging Environment
• Teaching and Facilitating a Learning Environment
• Assessing and Monitoring Child Progress
• Communication with Parents and Guardians
• Collaborating with Colleagues and Support Staff
• Promoting Social and Emotional Development
• Providing Individualized Support
• Health and Safety Responsibilities:
• Professional Development

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members.
• Able to work from 7am-1pm, Monday through Friday.
• Certification in early childhood education or willingness to pursue (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
