Description: Family Law AttorneyWe are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our reputable law firm in the Silver Spring area. As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice related to family law matters.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating for clients in sensitive and complex family law cases.Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice
• Draft legal documents, such as petitions, motions, and agreements
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings and trials

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Proven experience in family law practice
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
