Description: Description of the role:As a Home Care Aide in Training with Generations Home Care – Spokane, you will learn the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. The Home Care Aide training is an unpaid training program (the cost is roughly $800.00 if paying out of pocket). You would be responsible for the application and licensing fees (a payroll deduction is available to help with the expenses). The classes are from July 21st-August 5th with day and evening classes available. Students who are enrolled must commit to the policy of 100% attendance while taking the classes. After program completion, you will work as a caregiver for Generations. It is not just a job, it is a career opportunity.Responsibilities:– Learn and apply caregiving techniques
– Assist clients with daily tasks

– Strong communication skills-Ability to pass a background check-Willing to transport clients to the grocery store and medical appointments as needed
