Job Ttitle: Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Company: Redlands Community Hospital – SOCIAL SERVICES
Description: Reporting to the Director of Social Services, this position is responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment, discharge planning and community coordination, psychiatric diagnosis, treatment planning, group treatment, individual treatment, family treatment, and discharge planning with adult patients. The Social Worker is expected to function well as a member of the multiple disciplinary team and participate in the unit community relations program.Ability to meet all job physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodationEDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work required.
- Two years post masters experience working with psychiatric patients preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:1. Current California licensure as LCSW required.2. Current CPR Certification required.3. MAB certificate within 3 months of hire or transfer.4. 5150 certifications preferred within 1 year of hire.
