Description: We’re a boutique family law firm serving high-net-worth clients, seeking a Client Intake & Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and a key player in ensuring a high-quality experience for everyone who interacts with our firm. This position can be remote or in person. We offer a generous bonus structure, room for growth, and a full benefits package. About the Role: • Full-Time • Location: Pasadena (Hybrid/On-site availability preferred) • Compensation: $50-85,000 DOE + generous performance-based bonuses • Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, paid holidays and vacation, 401(k) match, and more Responsibilities: • Be the first voice and face of our firm: respond quickly and warmly to inquiries via phone, email, and website • Manage the intake process from start to finish: qualify leads, schedule consultations, follow up consistently • Convert qualified leads into paying clients with empathy, clarity, and confidence in our firm’s services • Maintain lead tracking systems and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks • Conduct check-ins with existing clients and follow up with former clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback • Provide a white-glove experience at every touchpoint—both for prospective and current clients • Collaborate with our legal and operations team to ensure smooth handoffs and client transitions Qualifications: Who You Are: • A natural communicator—warm, articulate, and persuasive, especially over the phone • Sales-minded with a track record of converting leads or closing deals (legal sales/intake experience a plus) • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and communication platforms • Emotionally intelligent—you know how to talk to people going through stressful life transitions • A team player who wants to grow with a mission-driven, values-based law firm Bonus Points For: • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment • Familiarity with Clio software • Previous work in high-touch customer service or client success roles About Company: We’re a boutique family law firm that caters to high-net-worth clientele.
