• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

• Provide mentorship and tutoring support to students, helping them achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with fellow educators in curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a nurturing environment that supports childhood development and encourages student participation.
• Incorporate Montessori principles where applicable to enhance the learning experience.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of subject matter
• Experience in mentoring students and managing classroom behavior effectively.
• Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational best practices.
• Ability to calculate and analyze student performance data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• A passion for teaching and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
