In this role, you’ll be hands-on across every phase of a project, translating strategy into bold creative that moves fast and performs across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists, UX, and product teams, bringing integrated campaigns, content, and product experiences to life. You’ll mentor junior designers and guide projects through a high level of craft, concept, and decision-making.Your Impact

  • Starting from a strategic creative brief, creating stunning conceptual designs and solutions that define a creative vision for the project, and demonstrate a strong understanding of brand challenges and goals
  • Define the visual direction for campaigns, digital experiences, and social content that solve real brand challenges.
  • Deliver conceptual comps, storyboards, art direction, and UI/UX designs in collaboration with product, strategy, and content teams.
  • Present and defend ideas to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Guide junior designers with thoughtful critique and mentorship.
  • Contribute to pitches and creative brainstorms with fresh, unexpected thinking.
  • Lead with a builder’s mindset — iterating fast, staying open to feedback, and raising the bar for creative across the board.

If that sounds like you, your portfolio should reflect it — bold digital work, thoughtful design decisions, and a clear point of view across campaigns, products, and emerging tools like generative AI.What Success Looks Like

  • You consistently push the creative forward — work is polished, strategically on-point, and meets the moment across formats.
  • Clients see you as a creative partner who elevates ideas, not just executes them.
  • Your contributions improve the quality of the work, the growth of the team, and the strength of client relationships.
  • You bring new thinking to the table — from generative AI ideas to design-forward performance content.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in design or advertising agency, and at least 2 years in Art Director role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing paid social, digital marketing, UI/UX, and campaign work.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma and core Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Experience designing with or exploring generative AI.
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail — and a love of great visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of how digital design translates across responsive products and platforms.
  • Collaborative energy, curiosity, and confidence — with a passion for mentoring others.
