This hybrid position is ideal for a legal professional with a strong background in labor and employment law, who is looking to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative environment.

• Represent clients in a variety of employment-related legal matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour claims, and harassment cases

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Engage in discovery, negotiations, and courtroom appearances

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and outside counsel to build strong cases

• Stay updated on changes in employment law and advise clients accordingly

REQUIREMENTS:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Minimum 3–5 years of employment law experience (plainti6-side experience preferred

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication
