If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!Job Description SummaryManage the pre-award review, compilation, and submittal of customer related documents on RFQs, RFPs, bids, and other sales proposals while working closely with Sunbelt Sales and Operations.Position Responsibilities:Coordinate the bid process: Manage the entire process, from finding bid opportunities to submitting the final proposal, ensuring timely delivery.Analyze bid requirements: Carefully review and understand the government’s requirements and evaluation criteria outlined in solicitations (like RFPs and RFIs), with the guidance of the legal and contract team.Develop winning proposals: Oversee the creation of compelling and compliant proposals that highlight the organization’s capabilities and address the client’s specific needs. Working with the field teams to maximize each opportunity is paramount.Ensure compliance: Make sure all proposals adhere to government regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements with guidance from internal legal and contract team.Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams (legal, contract, etc.), subject matter experts, and external partners (subcontractors, suppliers) to gather necessary information and inputs.Manage communication: Act as a central point of contact, facilitating clear and effective communication between the bid team, clients, and other stakeholders.Track progress and manage timelines: Monitor bid development against deadlines and address any issues or risks that arise.Conduct research and analysis: Gather relevant information about the client, market, and competition to inform bid strategy.Present bids and participate in post-submission activities: Potentially present proposals to clients and engage in follow-up activities, including negotiations.Maintain bid documentation and templates: Keep records of bid submissions and contribute to content libraries.Support GSA Short Term program bid requests while working closely with the field teams for guidance on rate expectations.Coordinate with Sunbelt Sales and Operations to ensure that bids are operationally viable for Sunbelt.Generate better processes and procedures to aid Sunbelt in winning more business.All other duties as assigned by the Director of Government.Requirements:
Education & Experience:At least 1-3 years of bid review or related experience in the commercial sector requiredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional organization that requires quick thinking and juggling multiple items at one timeAble to advise and interact with all levels of Sunbelt’s organizationAdvanced prioritization skillsExcellent analytical and risk management identification skillsProficient in Microsoft productsKnowledge of Wynne RentalMan System helpfulGovernment contract experience preferredCollege degree preferredPhysical Demands:All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.
