Description: Human Resources Personnel Job Summary
The HR Personnel will be responsible for overseeing key human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Given the nature of our business, we strongly prefer someone with healthcare or medical billing industry experience who understands the specific challenges of working with clinical and administrative staff.
Human Resources Personnel Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure HR compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and assist with disciplinary documentation.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and assist with benefits administration (as applicable).
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership regarding HR matters.

Human Resources Personnel Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a healthcare or medical billing setting.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and support a small, dynamic team.

Pay:
