Join our team at Trailblazer Academy, where we believe in nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.We are currently seeking a Universal Preschool Teacher to join our growing childcare center. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator who values a warm, supportive work environment and is excited to help build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. We are looking to hire a teacher for our UPK program from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm with the opportunity to work full time if interested.✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• Collaborate with teachers and staff to uphold our program values

• Relieve other classroom teachers during breaks and transitions

• Assist with end-of-day routines, including cleaning and resetting classrooms

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• Colorado Lead Teacher Certification

• Experience in early childhood education

• CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and classroom management skills
