If you’re a Florida-licensed litigator who thrives in fast-paced legal environments and wants to make a meaningful impact on client outcomes, this could be your next move.Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management: Take full ownership of litigation files from intake to resolution including drafting, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial prepClient Engagement: Provide strategic counsel to clients on real estate disputes involving contracts, property ownership, evictions, boundary disputes, or title issuesCourt Representation: Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings, advocating effectively on behalf of both individuals and business clientsTeam Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure cases move efficiently while maintaining high-quality standardsLegal Research & Drafting: Draft pleadings, memoranda, discovery responses, and legal briefs with precision and attention to real property nuancesWhat Sets This Role ApartThis firm isn’t just growing its investing in its people. Minimum of 3 years litigation experience

Comfortable appearing in court independently
